Commission to Preserve National Monuments

 

First day (Monday, June 16, 2014)

1.      Agenda of the Commission’s 62nd session;

2.      Minutes of the Commission’s 61st session, held from April 01 to 03 2014, in Sarajevo;

3.      Report on Commission activities after the 61st session (condition from 21.03. to 03.06.2014.);

4.      Report on the material-financial operations of the Commission after the 61st session (condition from 21.03. to 03.06.2014.);

5.      Draft Decision to extend protection for properties for which a one-year deadline from the date of submitting petition has expired;

6.      Draft Rules on procedure to employ trainee and other associates temporary and hire other associates in the Commission;

7.      Information on discrepancy of data with graphical presentation of protection zones in the decisions for archaeological and historical sites;

8.      Report on condition of national monuments after floods in BiH;

9.      Report on works on Mehmed-pasha Sokolović Bridge in Višegrad;

10.    Information on the archaeological research made on the archaeological site of the Prehistoric hillfort on Grabovik-Zaketuša  above the village of Straža, Srebrenik municipality with a proposal to amend the decision (enlarge the area of protection);

e)    The historic site of the necropolis with stećak tombstones and the old harem at Gorica, Municipality Stolac – request of the Stolac Municipality to amend the decision;

f)     The historic site of the Mramorje necropolis with stećak tombstones in the village of Buđ, Municipality Pale – request of the Republic Institute for Protection of Cultural-Historical and Natural Heritage of the Republika Srpska to amend the decision;

g)    Historic building – National theatre in Sarajevo, the municipality of Centar – request of the Centrotrans dd Sarajevo to give opinion on the revised Outline study of the public underground garage near the National theatre;

h)    Remains of the architectural ensemble – the mosque with harem in Đakovići, the municipality of Čajniče – information of the Construction board for reconstruction of the mosque in Đakovići about demolition of the remains of the mosque and demolition of mihrab, made by Muftiluk Gožažde and Majjlis of the Islamic Community from Čajniče;

12.    Draft decision finding that the monument to the victims of fascist terror in the municipality of Vitez does not meet the Criteria for Designation as a National Monument of BiH;

13.    Draft decision finding that the monument to the national hero, Ranko Šipka in the municipality of Vitez does not meet the Criteria for Designation as a National Monument of BiH;

14.    Draft decision finding that the monument to the fallen of the Second World War in the municipality of Vitez (Mošunj), does not meet the Criteria for Designation as a National Monument of BiH;

15.    Draft decision finding that the monument to the fallen of the Second World War in the municipality of Vitez (Počulica) does not meet the Criteria for Designation as a National Monument of BiH;

16.    Draft decision finding that the monument to the fallen of the Second World War in the municipality of Vitez (Rijeka), does not meet the Criteria for Designation as a National Monument of BiH;

17.    Draft decision to designate the historical site of the Black House memorial complex to the victims of the fascist terror in Kruščica in the municipality of Vitezthe as a National Monument of BiH;

18.    Draft decision to designate the Dabar Cave archaeological site and cultural landscape in the municipality of Sanski Most as a national monument of BiH;

19.    Draft decision to designate the historic site of the Modro Polje, the municipality of Foča – Ustikolina as a national monument of BiH;

20.    Draft decision to designate the architectural ensemble of the Military building of the Army war command (ARK/D-0) in Konjic as a national monument of BiH;

21.    Draft decision finding that the building of the Sokol Centre (Sokolana) in Zenica does not meet the Criteria for Designation as a National Monument of BiH;

22.    Draft decision to designate the historic site of the necropolis with stećak tombstones Boljuni I and II, the municipality of Stolac, as a national monument of BiH;

23.    Draft decision to amend the decision to designate the architectural ensemble of the Old Dubrovnik Fort, Višnjica, Ilijaš Municipality, as a national monument of BiH;

Second day (Tuesday, June 17, 2014)

24.    Draft decision finding that the Mosque at Grančarevo in Korjenići in the municipality of Trebinjedoes not meet the Criteria for Designation as a National Monument of BiH;

25.    Draft decision to designate the historic site of Zaplanik, the municipality of Ravno, as a national monument of BiH;

26.    Draft decision finding that the mosque at Luka in the municipality of Srebrenica does not meet the Criteria for Designation as a National Monument of BiH;

27.    Draft decision finding that the house known as the Hadžić Tower House and its ancillary buildings at Luka in the municipality of Konjic, does not meet the Criteria for Designation as a National Monument of BiH;

28.    Draft decision to designate the historic building of the Ćumurija's tower in Kuti, the municipality of Bileća as a national monument of BiH;

29.    Draft decision to designate the historic building of the Rt Kula (Kulina on Krupa river) in Dračevo, the municipality of Čapljina as a national monument of BiH;

30.    Draft decision to designate the historical mixed residential and commercial use building at no. 5 Mula Mustafa Bašeskija Street in Sarajevo (the former office building of the Trading and Transport Shareholding Company) as a national monument of BiH;

31.    Draft decision to designate the historic buildings of the Women’s Mekteb or School associated with the Gazanferija mosque in Banja Luka and its collections as a national monument of BiH;

32.    Draft decision to designate the architectural ensemble of the the architectural ensemble of the Jalska (Mehmed-aga, Kizler/Maiden, Lady Hafiz) mosque and graveyard in Tuzla as a national monument of BiH;
