First day (Wednesday, November 04, 2015)

1.      Agenda of the Commission’s 65th session;

2.      Minutes of the Commission’s 65th session, held from March 03 to 05 2015, in Sarajevo;

3.      Report on Commission activities following the 65th session (condition from 18.02.2015. to 19.10.2015.);

4.      Report on the material-financial operations of the Commission following the 65th session (condition from 18.02.2015. to 19.10.2015.);

5.      Information on the audit of financial operation of the Commission for 2015;

6.      Information on the activities in the framework of the EX.PO AUS project (chronologic review of all activities on the Project);

7.      Information on activities on the Project for nomination of necropolises with stećak tombstones to the UNESCO World Heritage List after a visit of the ICOMOS experts;

8.      Information on activities on the preparation of the Regulation plan for historic urban area of Blagaj;

a)    The historic building of St. Joseph’s Church in Marijin Dvor in Sarajevo – request of the Roman Catholic Parish Office to issue approval to set up a statue of Mother Teresa in front  of the church;

b)    The historic building of Nurija Pozderac's house (the Pozderac family house) in Cazin – request of the Cazin municipality to change the buffer zone determined by the decision;

c)    Historic site – the Necropolis with stećak tombstones at the site of Barzonja, Tomislavgrad municipality – request of the Services for surveying, Property Affairs and Real Estate Cadastre of the Tomislavgrad municipality to issue opinion on splitting plots no. 2235/1, land register no. 882, cadastral municipality Kongora

d)    The archaeological area of the prehistoric settlement in Butmir, Ilidža municipality – request of the Ilidža municipality to amend the decision;

e)    Historic site – the Necropolis with stećak tombstones of Donje Bare, Municipality Posušje – request of the Land Register Office of the Municipality Court in Široki Brijeg to submit the copy of cadastral plan and land register number to write the record of the national monuments;

f)     The historic site of a stećak tombstone and old Muslim burial ground in Mrkovići, Sarajevo Centar Municipality – request of Branko Rađenović to amend the decision;

g)    The archaeological site of St John’s Cemetery in Livno – request of the Department for Proprietary Rights, Geodetic and Cadastral Affairs of the Livno municipality to precisely determine the protective zones;

h)    Townscape ensemble of the Srpska Varoš in Brčko – request of Idriz Hibeljića to issue opinion on the Outline study of the residential building in the Vuk S. Karadžić street No. 38 as part of the ensemble;

i)      The historic monument of the Musafirhana (Salihagić house) in Fojnica – request of the Department of Urbanism, Restoration, Construction, Cadastre and Property Affairs of the Fojnica municipality to issue opinion on the reconstruction of the residential building in the Konak street in the buffer zone of the Musafirhana;

j)      The site and ruins of the architectural ensemble of the Čaršija (Sultana Esma) mosque and ancillary buildings of the fountain, residential building, mekteb (Muslim religious school) and graveyard – request of the Majlis of the Islamic Community Jajce to submit technical conditions and designer’s proposal for preparation of the design of central shahid memorial in the harem of the mosque;

k)    The historic urban area of Mostar – request of Nihad Beganović to give opinion on issuing site information for reconstruction and extension of the residential building in the Jusovina street in Mostar at the area with the first level protection of the Historic urban area of Mostar;

l)      Historic urban area of Sarajevo’s čaršija – request of the Education builds Bosnia and Herzegovina  association to issue opinion and approval for setting up the monument (sculpture) to the Women of Sarajevo at Baščaršija in Sarajevo;

m) The natural and architectural ensemble of the river Bregava with flour mills, fulling mills and bridges, Stolac Municipality – request of Nino Elezović to define the project task for structural repair of the Provalije waterfall on Bregava river;

n)    Trebinje – request of the Department for Physical Planning of the City of Trebinje to clarify the area on which the monuments inscribed to the Provisional List under No. 662 Trebinje is referred to;

o)    Architectural ensemble – Šarena (Sulejmanija) mosque in Travnik – request of the Department for Urbanism, Construction, Cadaster and Property Affairs of the Municipality Travnik to amend our decision

Second day (Wednesday, November 05, 2015)

13.    Draft decision to designate Movable property – The Collection of Manuscripts of Ferhat Pasha's Library Banja Luka as a BiH national monument;

14.    Draft decision to designate the Historic monument –  the Gradaščevića House in Gradačac with the movable heritage as a BiH national monument;

15.    Draft decision to designate the burial ground –  Kul Mahala cemetery in Banja Luka as a BiH national monument

16.    Draft decision to designate the historic site – Necropolis with stećak tombstones on the site ofBrdo, Lopate settlement, Breza municipality as a BiH national monument;

17.    Draft decision to designate the historic site – Necropolis with stećak tombstones at Hočevlje, Breza municipality as a BiH national monument;

18.    Draft decision to designate the historic site – Necropolis with stećak tombstones at the site of Kaursko groblje in Koritnik, Breza municipality s a BiH national monument;

19.    Draft decision to designate the historic site – Necropolis with stećak tombstones at Hrasno, Slivno, municipality Breza as a BiH national monument;

20.    Draft decision to designate the historic site – Obri, Konjic municipality as a BiH national monument;

21.    Draft decision to designate the architectural ensemble – Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and the Parish office in Bijeljina as a BiH national monument;

22.    Draft decision to designate the historic monument – The railway station building in Jezero as a BiH national monument;

23.    Draft decision to amend the decision to designate the cultural landscape on Plava voda as BiH national monument;

24.    Draft decision to set forth that the historic site - Fatima Kadun mosque in Mostar does not meet the criteria for designation as a a BiH national monument;

25.    Draft decision to set forth that the Historic building - the Women’s Mekteb or School associated with the Gazanferija mosque in Banja Luka does not meet the criteria for designation as a a BiH national monument;

26.    Draft decision to designate the historic building – Residential building in Višnjik Street no. 16 in Sarajevo as a BiH national monument;
