- Request of the Federal Ministry of the Regional Planning to issue an opinion about Physical plan “Basin of Una river” (protection of cultural-historical heritage and construction of hydroelectric power station Unac in the immediate vicinity of the Rmanj monastery);

Second day (Wednesday, May 13, 2009)
- Draft decision to designate the historic site of the Necropolis with stećak tombstones at Bistro, Municipality Novi Travnik as a national monument ofBiH;
- Draft decision to designate the historic site of the Opara necropolis with stećak tombstones, Municipality Novi Travnik as a national monument of BiH;
- Draft decision to designate the historic site of the Kaurlaš necropolis with stećak tombstones in Zagrlje and a nišan tombstone, Municipality Novi Travnik as a national monument of BiH;
- Draft decision to designate the historic site of seven graves and the remains of old nišan tombstones at Dobro selo in the village of Sudići, Municipality Čajniče as a national monument of BiH;
- Draft decision to designate the cultural landscape of the necropolis with stećak tombstones at Dolovi, the nišan tombstones above Dolovi, the remains of the foundations of the church at Crkvina, an isolated stećak, and the necropolis with six stećak tombstones at the foot of the village of Umoljani, Municipality Trnovo as a national monument of BiH;
- Meeting with representatives of TIKA and Višegrad Municipality related to the problems arisen about Mehmed-pasha Sokolović bridge
- Draft decision to designate the group of buildings of the Gazi Husrev-bey vakuf in Sarajevo with movable property as a national monument of BiH;
- Draft decision to designate architectural ensemble of the Jajce military barrack in Sarajevo as a national monument of BiH;
- Draft decision to designate the historic building of the Damić house at no. 10 Radićeva street in Sarajevo as a national monument of BiH;
- Draft decision to designate the historic building of St Elijah's church in Puračić, Municipality Lukavac, with movable property as a national monumentof BiH;

Third day (Thursday, May 14, 2009)
- Presentation of a new outline study for hotel “Ruža” in Mostar (Presidency of BiH building)
- Draft decision to designate the architectural ensemble of the Turković tower-house in Stolac, Municipality Stolac as a national monument of BiH;
- Draft decision not to designate the chimney of the tunnel kiln in the grounds of the IGM Usora d.d. factory in Jelah as a national monument of BiH;
- Draft decision not to designate the Muranović family house at no. 28 Branislava Nušića street in Prijedor as a national monument of BiH;
- Draft decision to designate the architectural ensemble of the Orthodox church of the Ascension in Požarnica as a national monument of BiH;
- Draft decision to designate the Maglajlić family's residential complex (the birthplace of national hero Šefket Maglajlić) at no. 1 and 3 Pere Kece street inBanja Luka as a national monument of BiH;
