Pursuant to Article 33 of the Rules of Procedure of the Commission to Preserve National Monuments, at its 4th session held from 3 to 9 September 2002 the Commission to Preserve National Monuments adopted the following D E C I S I O N
The Commission to Preserve National Monuments (hereinafter: the Commission) hereby promulgates the Provisional List of National Monuments (hereinafter: the Provisional List), which is an integral part of this Decision. II Pursuant to Articles V and VI of Annex 8 of the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Commission shall issue individual decisions designating the property as a national monument for each property on the Provisional List. III Until such time as individual decisions are adopted as stipulated in clause II of this Decision, every property on the Provisional List shall be regarded as a national monument and shall enjoy the protection prescribed by the Law on the Implementatioin of Decisions of the Commission to Preserve National Monuments, established pursuant to Annex 8 of the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH nos. 2/02 and 10/02, Official Gazette of Republika Srpska no. 9/02 and Official Gazette of Brčko District no. 2/02). IV This Decision enters into force on the date of its adoption and shall be published in the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the official gazettes of the entities and Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
