Commission to Preserve National Monuments

 

First day (Wednesday, December 16, 2015)

1.      Agenda of the Commission’s 67th session;

2.      Minutes of the Commission’s 66th session, held from November 04 to 06 2015, in Sarajevo;

3.      Report on Commission activities following the 66th session (condition from 20.10. to 03.12.2015.);

4.      Report on the material-financial operations of the Commission following the 66th session (condition from 20.10. to 03.12.2015.);

5.      Draft Decision to extend protection for properties for which a one-year deadline from the date of submitting petition has expired;

6.      Requests and letters

a)    The First Post Office Building in Brčko – request of the Office for Public Property of the Brčko District Government to issue opinion on the design documents for roof reconstruction, repair and reconstruction of the building and reconstruction and restoration of the facades

b)    The natural and architectural ensemble of the Isa-beg zawiyah in Sarajevo Municipality Stari Grad – request of the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection of Canton Sarajevo to issue opinion on construction of buildings on the line from Bentbaše to the Kozija ćuprija in the second level of protection;

c)    The cultural landscape of the Pliva Lakes with group of mills on the Pliva river near Jajce – request of the Federal Ministry for Regional Planning to issue opinion on the design documents for rowing line on the Veliko Pliva lake in Jajce as an integral part of decision;

d)    The architectural ensemble Gradašćevića kula with the court-yard and the yard walls in Bijela – request of the Office for Public Property of the Brčko District Government to issue opinion on the design documents for reconstruction, repair and revitalization

e)    Arnaudija - Husejnija mosque in Rogatica – request of the Mejlis of Islamic community in  Rogatica to issue guidelines for the mosque reconstruction;

f)     The cultural landscape of the village of Lukomir (Gornji Lukomir), Municipality Konjic – request of Mujo Masleša to issue opinion on construction of the ground building with the attic in the village of Lukomir;

g)    The architectural ensemble of the Šarena [painted/coloured] (Časna [venerable, holy], Atik [old], central, Behram-bey) Mosque with harem and the entrance portal and site of the Behram-bey Medresa in Tuzla, Municipality Tuzla – request of the Federal Ministry for Regional Planning to issue opinion on the Maind design for reconstruction of the mosque;

h)    Request of the Faculty for Philosophy in Sarajevo to sign the protocol on cooperation;

7.      Draft decision to set forth that the historical monument – Sejtarija d.o.o. (Ltd) Bookstore no. 2 does not meet the criteria for designation as a national monument of BiH;

8.      Draft decision to set forth that the historic monument – the Memorial Ossuary Place in Trnovo has lost the status of a national monument of BiH;

9.      Draft decision to amend the decision to designate the archaeological site of the mediaeval necropolis with stećak tombstones of Barzonja, Municipality Tomislavgrad as a national monument of BiH;

10.    Draft decision to amend the decision to designate the historic site of the Necropolis with stećak tombstones of Donje Bare, Municipality Posušje as a national monument of BiH

11.    Draft decision to amend the decision to designate the historic site of a stećak tombstone and old Muslim burial ground in Mrkovići, Sarajevo Centar Municipality as a national monument of BiH;

12.    Draft decision to amend the decision to designate the archaeological site of St John’s Cemetery in Livno as a national monument of BiH;

13.    Draft decision to designate the historical site – the Necropolis with the stećak tombstones at the site called Grebnice in the settlement Luka, the Srebrenica municipality as a national monument of BiH;

14.    Draft decision to designate the historical site– the Necropolis with the stećak tombstones in the settlement Kutuzero, the Srebrenica  municipality as a national monument of BiH;

15.    Draft decision to designate the historic site - Necropolis with stećak and nišan tombstones in Gurdići, the Olovo Municipality as a national monument of BiH;

16.    Draft decision to designate the historic site – the Necropolis with the stećak tombstones in Salikovac, Olovo municipality as a national monument of BiH;

Second day (Thursday, December 17, 2015)

17.    Draft decision to designate the historic core – the graveyard of the Lastva Mosque (Adamir Jerković Mosque) as a national monument of BiH;

18.    Draft decision to designate the historic building – The tower of the Old Rmanj fort in Martinbrod, Bihać municipality as a national monument of BiH;

19.    Draft decision to set forth that the Vidorija mosque in Novi Grad does not meet the criteria for designation as a national monument of BiH

20.    Draft decision to amend the decision to designate the architectural ensemble of the Šarena (Sulejmanija) mosque in Travnik as a national monument of BiH;

21.    Draft decision to designate the historic building – The mill in Budoši, City of Trebinje, as a national monument of BiH

22.    Draft decision to designate natural-architectural ensemble – Fulling/rolling mills and troughs on Radobolja River in Ilići, City of Mostar, as a national monument of BiH;

23.    Draft decision to designate the historical site – the sports centre FIS (the former Sokolski dom of the company and association called “Matica”) in Sarajevo, as a national monument of BiH;
