First day (Tuesday, March 03, 2015)

1.      Agenda of the Commission’s 65th session;

2.      Minutes of the Commission’s 64th session, held from December 12 to 15 2014, in Sarajevo;

3.      Report on Commission activities following the 63rd session (condition from 24.10.2014. to 17.02.2015.);

4.      Report on the material-financial operations of the Commission after the 63rd session (condition from 04.06. to 23.10.2014.);

5.      Report on the Commission work for the year 2014;

6.      Rule book on engagement of the expert associates;

7.      Analysis of the Commission web page;

b)    The historic building of the First Post Office in Brčko – request of the Office for the Public Property to issue opinion on the design documents for the roof reconstruction, repair and reconstruction of the building and reconstruction and restoration of the facades;

c)    Townscape ensemble of the Srpska Varoš in Brčko – request of Idriz Hibeljića to issue opinion on the Outline study of the residential building in the Vuk S. Karadžić street No. 38 as part of the ensemble;

d)    The site and ruins of the architectural ensemble of the Čaršija (Sultana Esma) mosque and ancillary buildings of the fountain, residential building, mekteb (Muslim religious school) and graveyard – request of the Vakif Directorate to issue opinion on the Outline study of the central Shaheed memorial in the harem of the mosque;

e)    The architectural ensemble of the Sarač house, the Finances Building (Lower Vocational School) and the old primary school (Lower Music School) in Jajce – request of the Federal Ministry of the Regional Planning to consider a new proposal of the design solution for reconstruction of the residential building of the Sarač house in Jajce;

f)     Historic building of the wooden mosque in Bužim – request of the Bužim municipality to issue opinion on legalization of the constructed residential building of Adnana Pačića on the c.p. no. 1121 k.m. Bužim in the second protection zone;

g)    Historic building of the National Theatre in Sarajevo, Centar municipality – renewed request of the Centrotrans - Transport robe Sarajevo to issue a principal agreement for construction of the underground garage;

h)    The site and remains of the architectural ensemble of the Resulbegović house in Trebinje – request of the Eparchy of the Hercegovina and Coast to issue opinion on the Project for rehabilitation of the historic ensemble;

14.    Meeting with representatives of the Stolac municipality to define the protective zone and the buffer zone for the necropolis with stećak tombstones of Radimlja near Stolac;

15.    Draft decision to designate the movable property of the Stone relief with a male figure as a national monument of BiH;

16.    Draft decision to designate the movable property - Stone relief with the coat of arms of the town of Bihać as a national monument of BiH;

17.    Draft decision finding that the landscape ensemble – The Sanctuary of the Mother of God “Under Caves“ in Kreševo does not meet the Criteria for Designation as a National Monument of BiH;

18.    Draft decision to designate the Historical site- The Necropolis with stećak tombstones in the area of  Kunja, Argud, the Konjic municipality as a national monument of BiH;

19.    Draft decision to designate The historic site - Necropolis with stećak tombstones Jesenice, Argud, municipality Konjic, as a national monument of BiH;

20.    Draft decision to designate the historic site - necropolis with stećak tombstones and nišani on the site Muzge, Argud, Konjic municipality, as a national monument of BiH;

21.    Draft decision to designate the historical site of Modro Polje in the municipality of Foča-Ustikolina as a national monument of BiH;

22.    Draft decision to designate the Napredak Society palace in Sarajevo, as a national monument of BiH;

23.    Draft decision to designate the architectural ensemble of the Oglavak with tekke, turbes and cemetery at, Kiseljak municipality as a national monument of BiH;

24.    Draft decision to designate the historic building – Šipad Railway Station (A former Steinbeiss Railway Station) in Jajce as a national monument of BiH;

25.    Draft decision to designate the place and the ramparts of the historical monument of the Ljubunčić's (Teskeredžić's) tower in Voljice, the Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje municipality (Upper Vakuf-Uskoplje) as a national monument of BiH;

26.    Draft decision to designate the Gradaščević family house in Gradačac as a national monument of BiH;

27.    Draft decision finding that the architectural ensemble – Mosque and Mekteb (Maqtab) in Ošanjići, Municipality  Stolac does not meet the Criteria for Designation as a National Monument of BiH;

28.    Draft decision to designate the historic Building – The ‘Center’ Cinema, The Tuzla Municipality as a national monument of BiH;
