Proposed Agenda for the 61st session of the

Commission to Preserve National Monuments

First day (Tuesday, April 01, 2014)

1.      Agenda of the Commission’s 61th session;

2.      Minutes of the Commission’s 60th session, held from February 03 to 05 2014, in Sarajevo;

3.      Report on Commission activities after the 60th session (condition from 26.10.2013. to 20.03.2014.);

4.      Report on the material-financial operations of the Commission after the 60th session (condition from 26.10.2013. to 20.03.2014.);

5.      Draft  amendments to the Rule book of the Commission;

6.      Draft rule book on the work of the Library and Documentation Centre of the Commission;

7.      Draft criteria to approve official travel abroad;

8.      Plan of the Commission work for 2014 in accordance with the approved budget;

a)    Site and remnants of the architectural ensemble of the Aladža (Hasan Nazir) mosque in Foča – request of Ljuban Vuković to issue approval to open a car wash and construct a temporary eaves next to the Sunarić family house in the Ahmeta Fetahagića street, Foča;

b)    The archaeological site of the late antique basilica at Crkvina in Breza – request of the Department for urban planning, environment, geodetic and property law affairs of the Breza Municipality to issue approval to the Outline study of the Basilica;

c)    Soko house (Sokolana) in Zenica – request of the Serb Orthodox Church Community and Parish in Zenica to permit works on repair of the one part of Soko house;

d)    The historic site of the old Srebrenik Fort in Srebrenik – request of the Federal  Ministry of Regional Planning to issue opinion on the conservation project;

e)    The historic building of the National Theatre in Sarajevo – request of the Ministry of Traffic of the Canton of Sarajevo to reconsider possibilities to construct underground garage;

f)     Historic urban site of Počitelj – information of the Association of citizens of Počitelj on activities on preparation of the draft Regulation plan of Počitelj;"

14.    Draft decision to set forth that the monument to an Austro-Hungarian officer in Ledići, Municipality Trnovo, does not meet the Criteria for the designation of properties as national monuments of BiH;

15.    Draft decision to set forth that the memorial to the hanged members of the Resistance movement in Mostar, does not meet the Criteria for the designation of properties as national monuments of BiH;

16.    Draft decision to designate the architectural ensemble – a group of monuments dedicated to the Igman March in Sarajevo as a national monument of BiH;

17.    Draft decision to designate the archaeological site of the Hrustovača Cave, Sanski Most Municipality as a national monument of BiH;

18.    Draft decision to designate the historic site of the Stupni Do Necropolis with stećak tombstones, Vareš as a national monument of BiH;

19.    Draft decision to designate the historic site of the Necropolis with stećak tombstones at Trnovo 1 in Trnovo, Šekovići Municipality as a national monument of BiH;

20.    Draft decision to designate the historical area – Necropolis with stecak (stećak) tombstones and Muslim tombstones (nišan) in settlement Zebina suma, municipality Foca–Ustikolina as a national monument of BiH;

21.    Draft decision to designate the historical area – Necropolis with stecak (stećak) tombstones and Muslim tombstones (nišan) on Ozren mountain, the municipality of Ilijas (Ilijaš) as a national monument of BiH;

22.    Draft decision to designate the medieval tombstones – stecak tombstones (stećak) as a part of the Bijambare protected landscape, municipality of lijaš as a national monument of BiH;

23.    Draft decision to designate the architectural ensemble – the Church of the Cerement of the Holy Mother of God and the school/parish hall in Rudice as a national monument of BiH;

24.    Draft decision to designate the air-raid shelters in the grounds of the former industrial zone of the Main Railway Workshop in Sarajevo as a national monument of BiH;

25.    Draft decision to set forth that the mosque in Lastva (the Adamir Jerković mosque) does not meet the Criteria for the designation of properties as national monuments of BiH;

26.    Draft decision to designate the historic building – position and remains of Naqshbandi tekke with turbes and cemetery at Oglavak, Kiseljak muncipality as a national monument of BiH;

27.    Draft decision to designate the construction unit – The Hall and the Hotel Kaiser (now the Museum of Local History) in Gradiska as a national monument of BiH;

28.    Draft decision to designate the historical monument – Residential building (Hastahana) in Tuzla as a national monument of BiH;
